The Global Corporate Bond Fund (J.P. Morgan) is a unit-linked fund that gives the investor the opportunity to gain exposure to corporate bonds. The fund seeks to achieve a return in excess of global corporate bond markets by investing primarily in global investment grade corporate debt securities, using derivatives where appropriate. The fund invests at least 67% of assets, either directly or through derivatives, in investment grade corporate debt securities from issuers anywhere in the world, including emerging markets. The Fund may also invest global debt securities issued by governments and may invest in below investment grade and unrated debt securities to a limited extent. The fund may invest up to 10% in contingent convertible bonds. The fund may hold up to 5% in equities, typically as a result of events relating to its debt holdings such as conversions or restructures. This fund invests some of its assets outside the eurozone so a currency risk arises for a euro investor. This fund is managed by J.P. Morgan.
